In word go to File, then click 'I'm stressed' then click 'wedding planning is a biotch' then click the sub title 'menus'

I am sorry I am no help in the menu department. I can email my DH, he is at work and see how he made them.

But I think they were two on a page and they cut down the middle.

I have a menu template in Word. It's setup so you can have 2 per page (printed on 8.5x11 paper).
