I would check the Dollar store! I went there there in September and got bags of sea glass for $1 each!
I brought tons of seashells from Dollar Tree last spring. It might still be too early but I am sure within the next month or two they will have them out again.
ETA- Also try Christmas Tree shop, I remember seeing them there also.
Mine as well. Good quality. Delivery is fast and the price you can't beat. Just air them out for a few days cause they do smell fishy when they first arrive.

ohh yeah... very very nasty smell... i actually sprayed them all with something my dad had in the garage... id rather the smell of varnish than dried dead fish...
