Anyone have an example of an OOT info card to put with the STD?

I am bored at work today, so I was going to work on STD stuff.

We are sending photocards with our STD info, but for OOT guests I wanted to send info about our room block, airports, etc. We have a bunch coming from all over and they want to make their plans sooner rather than later.

Does someone have an example of this? I stink at wording this stuff nicely.

Did the hotel give you info cards?

Yeah but I was going to send those out with the invites, its got all of the directions on there and I thought people would lose them if I sent them out early.

I just want to give the name of the hotel, the price of the block and then airport distances and information.

We used this.

For your convenience, rooms have been reserved at XXX Hotel for $XXX per night. To reserve a room, please call the hotel at xxx-xxx-xxxx and mention the Bride/Groom wedding.
