steamed chicken with string beans/broc or other non-sugar veggies.......if you use a fat free gravy it might not be awful.....but then again without carbs i would die

also cottage cheese is a very low carb, low fat, high protein food- i hate it but some people love it.

What about stirfrying the chicken with just a dime size of extra virgin olive oil, garlic and chicken - you could add just a tablespoon of lemon - and some veggies. (I'm not sure but you would have to check the bottle of soy sauce I don't have an to tell you- you would only need a very small amount to give it a little more flavor) - it makes a nice stir fry dish. You could use more lemon juice than olive oil - or vis versa.

or just grill some chicken with a touch of lemon juice and serve with veggies - the lemon juice will make it moist.

Grilled portobellos are a favorites of ours. Mushrooms are pretty low-carbs.

I also make corriander chicken with spinach:

rub chicken breast with ground corriander
toast some cumin seeds in a non-stick skillet with a pinch of oil
add chicken and 1/4 sliced onion
when chicken is almost done you can add fresh or frozen spinach and some chopped tomato
when the spinach is cooked squeeze with lemon and sprinkle with a little garam masala

Yummy!!!
