Well its so easy and its awesome!

I made a cake - yellow or pound

THen I put whipped cream on top (or cool whip if you like it and want it to last longer)

and then put strawberries and blueberries on it in the shape of an american flag.

I served it with ice cream - it was awesome!

One time I made 2 layers also and put the fruit inbetween and it was sooo good!

i was thinking of this.... and maybe using fresh whipped cream and an angel food cake... but im not sure how long the fresh whipped cream would last....

I did this last year and the year before....last year I did white frosting instead of the whipped cream - it looked the same and was just as yummy!

layer strawberries, blueberries, and cool whip in a clear glass bowl. Always a big hit and healthy!!
