Anyone have chair-railing on your staircase? Or wainscotting on the stairs

If so, do you have pics of the railing or wainscotting on the stairs?

my sister just finished doing that to her staiway....I'll see if she has a pic...it looks beautiful in her home

I would love to see a pic. I am thinking of doing something to break up the openness of the wall. It looks empty and industrial.

I'll ask my DH if he want any side work!!! He is going to be soooo happy that soooo many people like the stairs!!!!

Thank you everyone!! the stairs were a fun weekend project that turned into a nightmare. Under the Yankee Clipper wallpaper, we had about 3 more layers of wallpaper and paint!
