Fh and I decided that we want to go on a cruise for our honeymoon. But, I really want to do some sightseeing and just relax on one island for a full day for two, does anyone know of a cruiseline that spends like 2 days on an island and then moves on to the next island for another 2 days or so. If we could find a cruise that is about 9-10 days and goes to like 3-4 islands and stays at each island for a few days that would be great. Anyone have any info that they can share with me?

I don't think really any stay on an island for more than one day.

Yeah...they typically are for only one day unless you do a trip to Bermuda from NYC...it stays there for a few days but only there. I think it's a 4 days cruise. It's more work but maybe booking that and leaving from NYC (no airfare) and when your return leaving on another cruise or trip of some sort? Maybe a cruise with only 2 destinations will stay at one longer? Try that type of search on Orbitz or expedia and see what happens.
When we stopped in Puerto Rico during our 7 day cruise, we were able to do a whole sightseeing tour with a driver we met at the dock (they're all over the place), go shopping, sit for lunch, and still have time left over. If the island isn't big and spread out you can do a lot in the 7 or so hours you have there.
Try a travel agent for consultation too.

first have you ever been on a cruise? Have you ever left from NYC for a cruise? Most of the cruises that leave from NYC go to all the same locations. We booked our cruise on cruisecompete.com, which I highly recommend, we love our travel agent from there!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are doing a grand panama canal cruise which stays in panama for 2 days, but most really don't do that. I will be so happy to help you!!!!!!! what price range are you looking for? What type of cruise do you want, do you mind a lot of kids on the cruise with you or do you like an older crowd?

Disney Cruises have the on/off thing. I think they call them land and sea cruises.

i've never been on a cruise that stays in one island for a couple of days unless it's international but some do leave out of the Bahamas you could stay there before or after the cruise

My parents did the NCL Bermuda cruise a few years back and although they liked how it was on the island for 2-3 days, they werent a fan of the 'freestyle' cruising. My sister was on that cruise as well and didn't really care about being on the island for the extended time. Personally, i like seeing 3-4 island in a week and never felt 'rushed' on any of my cruises (i've been on 5).
I'm a huge fan of carnival and went in May for 8 days. We went to grand turk, half moon cay and nassau. I want to do that one again becuase i loved it so much. Half moon cay is their private island so you pretty much spend 6+ hours sitting on the beach, swimming, etc (they had snorkling stuff and parasailing but i just wanted to relax).
I've been on 5 cruises, all carnival. Left out of Tampa once and NYC the other 4 times. FM me if you have any questions.
