Anyone have info on custom bridesmaid dresses?

Does anyone know how to go about doing this?

I'd love for my girls to have dresses they truly love, and that reflect each of their individual styles - just the same color and fabric...

Is it expensive to do this?

Know any good seamstress'?

I have one bridesmaid upstate, one in Boston, one on Shelter Island, and one in Suffolk...we're all pretty spread out...so this could be a challenge.

Well, I do know a good seamstress - Karin Yngvesdotter. She did my alterations on my dress, as well as has her own line of dresses. She's based in Astoria. I don't know if she'd be able to accomodate your situation, or even if she does custom BM dresses, but if you'd like her info, FM me and I'd be happy to provide it.
