I've always had red bumps on my upper arms and never really thought about it. But after I saw the engagement pictures I realized how red they were. Apparently its keratosis pilaris... Does anyone have it too? How do you get rid of it? TIA!

i have it - i have a prescription for it called lac hydrin (its ok, not the greatest) my derm says its not really cureable but manageable and ive read on the internet that you can never rid yourself of it i have it on the back of my arms, on the tops of my thighs and on my face along my jawline - my sister has it too and so does our dad - they say its part hereditary....i notice that A LOT of people have it especially on their arms....i HATE it.....

omg i have this! i never knew what the heck it was until i read this thread.
ive been exfoliating like crazy this month and so far it hasnt helped
Exactly what happened to me too..I read this and Im like....'that's me... I thought is was just dry skin'
