I could only afford to have 1 photographer (whom I LOVE!) but I'm nervous that most people get 2 photographers and that 1 will only be able to get so many pictures and possibly miss out on others. (But then I look at photogs like Angelica Glass who work by themselves and take fabulous pics...)
Does everyone have 2 photographers?
Should I be worried?

We are only going to be having 1 photographer. He's awesome. The company wanted like 800 bucks extra for an additional photographer. All the shots if any that the photographer can't take should be on video. No worries here.

I'm only having one photographer. I thought about booking an additional photographer but my photographer actually talked me out of it. Lia said she could handle it all and after seeing my e-pics, I totally believe it.

I hired a photographer and she was supposed to come with an assistant. Then it turned out there were 2 photographers and 1 assistant. Then there were 4 photographers. Then there was the photographer from the DJ.
Yes. FIVE. FIVE F*CKING PHOTOGRAPHERS. All chasing me down. Plus the guests with their pics. Talk about paparazzi.
If I had it to do over again I would choose just ONE quality photographer. I don't think you have ANYTHING to worry about.

I think one will be just fine. I originally started out with one but decided on two because of the type of shots Im looking for and the price was decent.
Get what you can afford. I cannot see it being a problem

one photographer can catch all the magic! we hired one, and she happened to show up with an asst. who shot also.....but 80% of our pics came from one photographer---roughly 800 proofs just from her!
i'm sure your pics will come out great.

i think that one photographer who knows what they are doing is 1000% percent better than two or three who have no clue. It's not necessarily amount getting thousands of pics. You can get fabulous quality, like Angelica Glass, with just one photog.

Yea, I totally agree with this. I'd rather have 400 amazing proofs than 1000 just ok proofs. That being said...we are actually going to have 2 photographers, only because the 2nd isn't costing us any extra. If we had to pay for the 2nd, we would have just gone with one. These photographers have tons of experience, so they usually know where to be and when so they don't miss the important shots. The only reason I like the idea of 2 photographers is so one can be with FH while he's getting ready.
