Anyone have tendonitis, past/present ?
I've had it since July. My MRI verified tendonitis and fluid around my rotator cup and biceps tendon. My orthopedic Dr. said he could operate and remove the inflamed tissue, but I'm not a fan of that option. Physical Therapy seemed to make it worse. One nurse practioner I spoke to, didn't think I could get the fluid removed. I have had two cortisone shots. I'm coping, but getting tired of the pain and mobility limitations!! If you have dealt with this I'd like to hear about it! Thanks! Mary MOB
