i have jet black eyebrows and i highlight my hair blonde. i have been doing so for about 10 years. no one ever really mentions the difference, and some people say they actually like the contrast...but i hgave been thinking about lightening my brows do i can go lighter with the hair. the only person i know who gets away with jet balck brows and blonde hair is gwen stefani! any opinions on this?

my lashes and brows are black..and my natural hair is like a medium to light brown. i dont know it happened!
my lashes and brows are dark brown, but the sun lightens the tips of my eyelashes. If I dye them black they will look like they have mascara on them all the time.
i will try! im just afraid it will change my face so much...and i know it must be hard to go from black to a lighter brown...i wouldnt go blonde with them....i just want them more natural with blonde hair! ahh! anyone have pics of what they look like?
I dye my eyebrows to conpliment my hair color all the time. As long as you don't go too light it should look fine -- I would stay darker than your hair (a light brown, maybe) but lighter than jet black. My girlfriend who is always blonde had hers done a very close shade as her hair and you could barely see her eyebrows at all.
yes i dye my eyebrows bc i have light blond hair that i dye red all the time and it lloks really funny if i dont. it looks very natural, but it is not the same dye that is used in the hair. kaangel217 dyes my hair. she is a colorist. you can fm her with any questions you have. she's great!
