Just wanted to see if anyone had ideas for this. We were thinking of having the doves released when we are announced for the first time. Our band said they will play 'On the Wings of love'.

my FSIL had it outside the church. They come in a basket and you release them, they do a quick fly over and then go home. Make sure you look into timing,,,,,she had to release them 45 minutes before sundown - no later, so they had time to fly home

We are planning on doing this. We intend on releasing just one dove together as a symbol of our love joined together as one! It will be done as we exit the church and then we will have our guest throw the heart shape rice at us.
