ANyone having a problem staying awake since the time change?

I ahve been like this all eek..at like 9:30-10 I am ready to sleep...but normally I am in bed at like 11 or so....

Me Me Me...i think once it is dark out my body just wants to sleep..it is terrible because i waske up at 4 am wide awake.

Forget about keeping my eyes open...Last night I was sleeping by 9:30 & wide awake at 5AM!!! I wanted to bang my head against the wall!!!

YES! And this has NEVER happened to me before, but all this week Im actually in bed at 10:30. Last night I fell asleep watching tv at 9 and I crawled into bed at 10.

Same here. One night thi sweek I was in bed by 9:00 and asleep by 10:15 and up at 5:00. Actaully I kind of enjoyed the quiet of the morning. But by 3:00 I was exhausted again !

On Monday I was in bed by 8!!!!!! I am usually up till about 11 ish. I was wide awake at 3 am. I am happy for Nick at night and TV land! I am glad I am not alone- - we could of all chatted!

I am so glad it was not just me!! I have been having really weird, vivid dreams since the time change too....I hope this gets better next week!! arrrrgh

I have a problem staying awake when it's cold, dark, OR rainy out!!!

And getting up is even worse!!

This week I was in bed @ 930 and asleep about 1000 or so..usually fall asleep around 11 or later. I'm up @ 530 off and on.
When I leave work @ 430 its getting dark already, then I get to sit in traffic and im sooo ready to
