i know im way ahead of the game and i have time to think about it, but its my next check haha- and im in the process- i like them, - i just cant make decisions- i just want to omg love my invites and nothings like omgggg for me---- am i going crazy girls?
i know invites arent the biggest deal, and ive made so many other decisions in the past yr- but really this little stuffs harder to deciede than all my vendors were- go figure!

I HAVE SEARCHED EVERY STORE, WEBSITE, REVIEW, ETSY, YOU NAME IT FOR INVITES AND I HHHHHAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTTEEEEEEEEE THEM ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY MOTHER AND I BOTH SEARCH AND CANT FIND ONE THAT EVEN CLOSELY RESEMBLES WHAT I WANT!

i am. i found ones that i love but i have to order them in the Philippines who then gets it made in Indonesia. My mom's going back home in one week and asked if i wanted to get it made so she can go to the lady and put the order through. only problem is, i dont have the timeline set up yet and the wording for the invites so i can't put it through. I'd so much rather have my mom order it in person than me emailing this lady

I had the same problem. I looked through countless websites and pics and couldn't find anything that really reflected what we wanted. We knew we wanted pocket folds but nothing else looked right. In the end I ended up hiring someone that would custom design exactly what we were looking for. That may be the road you need to go down . See what you come up with that way.

im prob gonna have a friend of a friend design mine. i'm prob the only person who's not doing pocket folds though. everyone seems to be using them and i don't wanna waste the money when people toss em.

I'm with you. i have been to quite a few weddings and cant remember what have the invites looked like, let alone if they had pockets folds. i wanted my invites to be pretty, but i wasn't willing to go nuts in price at all, so i went DIY via Micheals' lol

OK, so realistically when are you supposed to order your invites? How many months before? Sometimes the chats make me more stressed bc people are so ahead of me and they are getting married months after me.....

im 2 weeks ahead of you-- ur not behind- i cant pick invites--- everyone has their own pace
im pretty ahead of things, but FHs brother is getting married in october and i knew i had to be so that when there wedding madness began i didnt have two to wrry about

Im doing DIY from Micheals too. Every invite I liked was way to expensive and pocketfolds would cost more to mail. I already bought a kit so I would stop looking at invites and torturing myself over something I can't afford. I am gong to doll up the invites to make the prettier.
