anyone hear know a good place to drink outdoors?

my husband and I are looking to go out, but dont know where. We would like a cafe type bar type atmosphere, def outdoors. We want somewhere on the island. any one know of anywhere? please help

Huntington Village has a few bars that are 'outdoors' Port Jeff Village too has a few nice places.

I don't know where you live but there is a great pub/cafe in Patchogue called the Oarhouse. They have great food (mostly seafood) and it is right on the water. With a bar/tables outside.

I second the oar house! I was told that it's under a new name now. I don't know if that's true!

I don't know, my mom said she went a few weeks ago and didn't mention anything about a name change.

check out freeport - nautical mile ,or barnum island in island park right off of long beach road

i live in long beach- there are so many outdoor restaurant/bars. i love hanging out in this town- also island park- 5 min from long beach has a a few restaurants on the water

Go to Woodcleft Canal in Freeport. There are so many places to drink down there. Ottos, hudson and mccoy, etc....

I agree too.. I just went there this past weekend... there are so many choices to choose from and a lot of them have live bands playing.. it's a great atmosphere!
