Anyone hear of this Guy?
I'm looking for a Hair & Makeup Guy named Nelson who owns/works at a salon in NYC approx 2 blocks from Penn Station.

The he3adpiece I wanted, that I saw in a magazine, was 660, so I promptly changed what I wanted.

I went to go pick up my NDL tiara today and they screwed up my order.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they have my tiara somewhere in the salon and NDL didn't screw up the order.
