Anyone heard of Fete vendor consultancy?

Any input you have is much appreciated! I saw an ad for this service -- it seems like they help you find vendors at no cost to you for fete's services. There must be some catch -- how would they make money? Any ideas how this really works???

I'm in vendor-search heck this month and this service seems too good to be true!
