It is a registry that can be used for honeymoon stuff like airfare. My fiance and I live together so we have basically all household items so this seems like something that would work well for us.

Re: Anyone heard of Honeyfund?
I've heard of it and it seems to be a really good alternative to the traditional registry for someone in your position. Plus it guarentees that you will get what you really want and/or need. If it works for you then I say go for it!

I've heard great things about honeyfund! go for it
You're right- it's perfect if you're already living together and don't need many things that you would normally put on a registry.

Yes, are you working with a travel agent?? if you look into Liberty Travel, they can set it up where people can make direct gifts (payments of whatever they choose) towards your honeymoon package. They give you this little card with your serial number that you put in your shower invites. I dont see why other places dont have anything similar, ask around and see what they say.

Re: Anyone heard of Honeyfund?
I dont know where we are going right now. We are having a problem because FH will not go on a ship and even though I will get on a plane if I have too Im terrified of flying so Im trying to avoid it if possible. I know we want to spend a night or two in NYC. Im confused cause I didnt know if you had to book through an agency first then add it?

Re: Anyone heard of Honeyfund?
My cousin decided to do this because her and her fiance are going to South Africa! She also registered at bb&b and crate and barrel. You can help them pay for a variety of things from the actual hotel/ resort to champagne toasts, excursions, and restaurants. I think you can book it through a travel agent or there is a site honeyfund.com

We have a honeyfund and we didn't use a travel agent. It may just be an option.

I used honeyfund. It was really easy. Most people didn't buy from it, but I think they got the hint that money is appreciated for a gift.

Re: Anyone heard of Honeyfund?
honeyfund.com
you register on your own, not through travel agent. When i did look into travel agency ones, the ones I found take like 10% of the money as commission (so if someone gifts you $100, you really only get 90)
