Just curious to know what is better? getting silk wraps OR gel
Anyone have the gel that can tell me if you like it or not? How long can you go without getting a fill in? also, do they look natural?

my friend had gel nails.. and it looks great.. i think its a little better then silk.. i had silk.. but took them off i hate sitting there every 2 week to get them filled.. plus i found a product that i absoultely loveee that makes my nails grown long and strong... gel sometimes last like 3 to 4 weeks....

Hi! I LOVE uv gel nails and have been doing them for a while. I don't kow where you are but there is a place I go to in Bayside and this one girl there does a great, great job. I have been to a place on old counrty road, they were a bit cheaper but when I tried the place in bayside the quality of gel they use does not compare!
They are more expensive but they last longer btw fills and they look extremely natural if done right.
Some places use acrylic and then put uv gel over it- these do not look good and they still charge you alot of money which that is a total rip off! The best is straight up uv gel. FM me if you want more details.

not sure what product she is talking about but i have TERRIBLE nails and i use nail magic (you can get it at ulta or harmons) - better than nailtiques or nail tek, IMO, or any of the sally hansen products. you have to be vigilant about using it, but it works AMAZINGLY well!! in 60 days your nails will be super strong and flexible.

I say the silk because its better on your nails and even that isn't that great.

it's called Quimica Alemana... it's a product from colombia.. i've been using it for like a month and a half... i love it.. i was introduced to it by a co-worker.. she gave it to me as a present when i got engaged... use it as a base coat and put ur polish on it then as a top coat.. use it once a day for 7 days over and over again.. and in like a month or a couple weeks you'll see a difference.. i felt my nails stronger like after 2 days... i really love this product as you can tell. lol... hope that helps....

That's awesome! Can you buy it in the states? I have Forever French on my nails right now, and am thinking of taking a break and trying to grow my own again.....where can I find it?

you can find it on ebay... anywhere from $7 - $10 maybe even cheaper.. if you buy a lot... i buy a lot.. because a lot of girls buy from me, so it's a little cheaper...

yay!! i'm excited.. i love when people have their own nails.. it looks better.. and i always feel better when i have my own nails and i feel proud that i didnt pay to make them look that good...
