I bought it 2 years ago and havent touched it since... There was a schedule of when to go up a level and I cant remember it for the life of me!

have done it but I just go up when the other one gets too easy! I went through it faster than the schedule.

It's a workout/diet plan (from an infomercial). I have it. I'll look it up for you. FM me and I'll be sure to get it to you.
I have it. I hated it. It works but it's like ALL squats!

I have it .... its sitting in the box in the corner of my closet .... just can't get motivated to even do those workout tapes (much less follow the food part of the diet!)
