Anyone Hungry?????

I did my tasting on Saturday afternoon. It was out of this world fantastic. I expected that there would be several couples and their guests...but it was only FH, my MOH, MOH;s Hubby and me! I felt so SPECIAL! And there was sooo much food! They served us our choice of beverage (I had wine, FH had beer and MOH and hubby had mixed drinks). They gave us a 3 different 1st courses, 2 different salads and 7 entrees - including the seabass and the filet! It was AMAZING! Anyhow... wanna see what we chose? Here's the menu!

Cocktail hour has 10 passed hors d'oeuvres (including lamb chops, Bacon wrapped scallops, shrimp cocktail..), Sushi display, veggie display, antipasto display and Fruit & cheese display. And then I chose the chafing station, Carving station and crepe station

THEN FOR DINNER....

First Course: Penne pasta with Sun Dried tomatoes, pancetta and scallions in Plugra Butter Cream (AMAZING)

Salad is Caesar salad

Intermezzo is Pink Lemonade Sorbet

Entree choices are:

Prime Rib with Yorkshire Pudding (I am never a big filet mignon fan - but I LOVE prime rib)
Parmesan Crusted Chilean Sea Bass (PHENOMENAL!)
Stuffed French Cut Chicken.(DELICIOUS and SOOOO pretty)

For Dessert..

Wedding cake (Grrrrr)
and
NY Cheesecake with Marsala Marinated Strawberries.

I am really excited now! If I could really pick a cake I love I would be doubly excited!
