My DH just found out his company will be downsizing... they started today and let go someone in his department already!
He works for a Financial company, he's a Research/Financial Analyst. If anyone knows of anyone who is hiring in the NYC area (LI included) PLEASE PLEASE let me know ASAP!!!
I'm starting to panic....I remember how it feels to go through layoffs
Thank you!!!

Re: Anyone in the Finance field hiring??
Research analysts are doing pretty badly in light of recent scandals but with his business background, he should be able to go into other related positions.
Has he put his resume on monster.com? Jobs are definitely picking up for 2004 in the financial sector, so i bet he gets some headhunter calls right away.
