ANYONE INTERESTED IN BOOKING AN OCTOBER 12TH WEDDING?AMAZING PRICES!

My brother's engagement was just called off and their wedding was booked for October 12th of this year. The reception hall is The Inn at Eastwind which is brand new...absolutely gorgeous...the food is amazing and they have 30 rooms booked for overnight guests if you needed them. They also got an amazing price which the hall will even lower to book the date! Please relpy only if there is an interest.

How come you say it's your brother, yet in your own profile you are getting married at the Eastwind, on Oct 12???

I think this is a scam. There has been a poster with a similar name on The Knot offering the same date under the same circumstances for a place in the Hudson Valley...beware, ladies.

If I'm wrong, I'm sorry...would just hate for anyone to get screwed.

Actually this girl was on the knot posting this. She is legite because I am getting married at the Inn and I know that this happened my BM told me. The reason her bio says the same date as her brothers is because she is not a bride she is just trying to get the date rebooked and to help out some brides. I told her their was a girl on here who wanted to get married around that date. Remeber recently their was a girl who had to plan her wedding in three months and was looking to get married around the first or second week in august.

Oh, sorry, didn't mean to think it was a scam...soemtimes vendors or people working for vendors post on here with stories like that to entice people.

Chippa I'm not surprised she is posting this - If I was in her place I would be here every week as well. My friend cancelled her wedding two years ago and was told the only way she would get her money back was to get her date rebooked - so she lucked out - but she would have been out a lot of money on top of not being married

well it would make sense that she only posts this if she is not a bride...b/c she only wants to book the place - as far as the wording - who knows maybe she just cuts and pastes the first post
