anyone keeping their dress a secret?

So I finally ordered my dress & so now when people ask about the gown search I'm letting them know that I found 'the one.' The next question is always can they see it & I feel a little reluctant to show all of my family & friends what it looks like. Isn't it supposed to be a surprise for your groom & guests? I guess I'm afraid it'll take away from my entrance if so many people have seen it already. Am I being nuts or are there other brides who want to keep their gown under wraps until the big day??? (So far only my mother & moh have seen it)

Yep, that's me. I am keeping the dress 'under wraps' like I say to anyone that asks me.

Of course, if you're an LIW'er, you know exactly what it looks like.

Seriously though, people have asked me and I tell them just that. I tell them that I prefer not to disclose it.

All I know is that everyone will be like OMG that dress is so Beautiful. I will be a princess for the day.

Besides for you girls, the only one(s) that will see my dress are the ones who are with me when I pick it out.

I want my FH to be floored when he sees me for the first time.

I am! I didnt show any of my cousins that asked or my bridal party and even didnt show FMIL no one except my mom knows what it looks like!!

I want FH to be pleasantly shocked when he sees me in my dress

The only one who cant see it or know about it is FH...anyone else it depends OH and my dad too-its a surprise for both of them

The only one who can absolutely not see it is my fh. I like to keep him surprised on everything. He also isnt seeing my bm dress that I have to wear in my friends wedding next week.

Only people who saw my dress was my mother and my friend who was my consultant. Everyone had an attitude with me because I wouldnt show them but oh well.

They'll just have to wait till May

Only my mom, MOH, MIL and SIL saw my dress. My mom wouldn't let my dad see it and then it took it to another level and wouldn't let my BMs see it!

My FH hasn't seen it.
I really did try and keep it a secret, but I just couldn't!
My mom, dad, grandmas, cousins and his sisters have seen it. Opps. I am the worst secret keeper!

Me too! I really wanted to keep it a secret but I keep opening my big mouth! I have shown my mom, one BM, FMIL, and two friends at work. I have to stop though, otherwise it won't be a surprise for anyone by my FH!
