Anyone know about Touro College's Masters ED program

I have heard they have a program and it's only like $375 a credit... but know nothing about the school, where it is located, etc. Just sounds like a good price!

I'm not quite sure but I think the the Long Island campus only has special ed. and it is $250 a credit. I think the city campus has more to offer and I'm not sure of the cost. DH is looking into a career change into education so I'm looking into programs for him.
