Anyone know how to make an Annotated Bibliography?

For my School Psyc class?
I know its an APA style bibliograohy with summaries of each article in between (according to Professor) The bibliograohy is single spaced. Anyone know if the summaries are single spaced too or what?

(prof is making the paper 1.5 spaced- who does that???)
