want to buy some pieces but really dont have the time or energy to put it together!!!!

I am 99% sure it did. I will ask DH and get back to you, since I was not home when it was delivered. He may have just had to attach the headboard to the bed frame, but if you buy the frame from Pier 1, I am sure the delivery people will do it for you. We didn't buy the frame from them at first because we bought a less expensive one with our mattress, but then we had to go back and get it because the Pier 1 headboard would only go with the Pier 1 bed frame.
Actually, I am 99.9% sure...now that I think of it, there's no way he could have assembled a dresser and two nightstands in the time between the stuff being delivered and me getting home from work.

I have a couch, chair and ottoman and they were already together with the exception of the feet which we only had to screw on...easy!

Yeah, I double checked. Everything did come put together! In fact, we want to get the Rio Grande 7 drawer dresser (we have the 5 drawer for me and an old dresser than doesn't match.) since it's such a good price now. I love that set.
