I lack the discipline to get to the gym, and I can't take workout DVDs seriously. I just need to tone up and get my heart rate up. Does anyone know of a fun ( maybe dance) workout video I could buy? Jumping around and being silly is better than sitting around and doing nothing...

Agreed with the above. Zumba at the gym is a lot of fun. I'd never be able to motivate myself to just go use the machines, but if you pick some classes you enjoy maybe that would work?

I agree with the girls. Zumba. I have the DVD set that they sell on TV. It's great. The workouts really get you going, and you sweat! But it's a lot of fun. I laughed at myself a lot at first cause I'm sure I looked really stupid trying to do the moves, but it didn't matter cause I'm at home. Worth the $60!
