Don't know of any diners, but there is a Ruby Tuesdays on 110. About one -two miles away from the Hilton.

There is a diner on the corner of Rte 100 and 24 that I think is pretty good....but I don't remember the name of it.

There is the Sweet Hollow Diner on 110 just south of the Northern Stae Parkway and north of the LIE. The food is good there.

Spartan or Sparta Dinner is the name of it.
There is a dinner on the East sided of 110 that is closer to the Hilton, just north of SUNY Farmingdale.
