Anyone know of any classes where they do Marshal Arts in Queens/LI?

Looking for a school that is repitable for teaching Marshal arts/cardio for weight loss in Queens or Long Island. Thanks.

There's a place on franklin ave in frnaklin square called kempo something or something kempo. I think it has a yellow sign. I keep trying to get Fh to check it out. he did martial arts in college and was so buff and so delicious! He's still delicious though!

Also there are a lot of tiger schulman places
