Third!!!! We are in the Melville complex, and I believe there is one in Smithtown too which may be a bit more central suffolk.

I live in Spruce Pond (52 off of Sunrise) (61 off LIE). Its considered Holbrook. Very nice safe community!

I hve nevr done this before....what do u do when u go looking anyngood questions, advice?

Ask if gas and electric are included or not and if there is any extra fee for pets. HTH!!

Oh yeah...when you pick a place ask to see the ACTUAL apartment you are moving into. You want to make sure everything works and looks ok!!

WE just went in and asked to see the model. Then we just asked them what is included (heat and hot water). Then we signed the papers. The day we got the keys they met us in the apartment and let us inspect it with the maintenance man there. They do paint each apartment before the next tennant comes in, changes the toilet seat, and either shampoo or replace the carpet.

I used to live in Fairfield North (Bald Hill) I really liked it there, but it was a bit pricey...I had 2 other roomates though. Then FH and I moved into a basement apartment in CI.
If you are looking to rent a house, there are a few up on Adirondack Dr by me. I'll get you the numbers if you want.
