I had to take mine to Throgs Neck in the Bronx. But, the people and service are amazing and I would do it again if needed. 718.829.7510 ask for Mary or Vincent. They are an authorized service center which means that they are covered for all liability. The name of the place is Advance Solutions.

First thing I do when I'm called into a job is if you can get online, try using this free virus scan
