Don't laugh...but check the stores that supply Fraternities and Sororities. There is one in Hempstead called Something Greek. They sell tons of little charms like this, and are used to doing bulk orders.

I'm not sure of this is what you're looking for. My FMIL uses this place all the time for beads, but they have some charms, I think they might be quite small though. Waht are you using them for?

What a great idea. You should definately get a small one. Will it be OK on the outer envelope? or are you putting them on the inner envelope?
