Anyone know where to buy something like this?

I burgendy velvey dress for an 8 year old and a 13 year old - size 8 and 16 in kid sizes. I am clueless! I live in the Huntington area - but will travel! Thanks!

I think Jessica McClintock has a burgundy dress - velvet top with I think a Chiffon Botton. They are in Roosevelt Field
