Gift certificates for broadway shows. I think someone gave that idea for a present for my parents and I can't find any place that looks normal online to get this. I thought maybe a gift certificate for a show and my parents can pick the show and dinner at a nice restaurant would be nice. Anyone have suggests on the restaurant and where I can get a gift certificate that can be applied toward a broadway show?

Have you tried Broadway.com?? I think they might have gift certificates for shows.

I have used Broadway .com to get discounts on tickets to different shows.
for a restaurant I would get a gift certificate at a B R Guest restaurant--if you know the city...the restaurants include-Ruby Foo's, Bluw Waer Grill, Ocean Grill, Atlantic Grill, Blue Fin, Park Avalon, Fiamma, and a new one Dos Caminos. I have eaten at all except the new one. They are great restaurants and the food is always good. In fact I am going to Blue water this weekend!!!

ah, american express gift certificates, that is a good idea I never thought of..... would they be specific for a show or the general ones for anything?? My parents are they type that will give me back the ones for just cash/general but if it is hallmarked for a show they would use it!
