There was a girl who had text messaged in who was complaining about her bf buying her a 4 Carat ring from Costco! She said she would rather a 2 carat from Tiffany's....

Do you girls really care where the ring comes from? Isn't it the meaning behind it that matters?

This is one listed on their site that's 3.52 carats...

uh, that's ridiculous... some people are just too caught up in the stupid stuff.

i have to say, before our official engagement, i had a $20 'promise' ring from macy's and loved it. by the time we got engaged, it was all scratched up and the cubic zirconias were milky, but i still loved it. it was the meaning behind it, not the looks or the price. i still have it too because it does have all that meaning. it's more valuable to me than the other rings in my box, next only to my engagement ring and my grandmother's engagement ring.

she very much sounded like a brat! it is the meaning behind the ring .. not where it was purchased. I hope her fiance heard it and doesn't give anything to her!

That is so petty and ridiculous. One my friends got a ring for his now wife from Costco and it was GORGEOUS. I would've never known the difference. No one is going to point it out and be like 'whoa, is that from Costco??' Some people........
