Anyone losing the ability to have a full nights sleep?

I guess because the wedding is the last thing I think about before I fall asleep, I've had trouble sleeping for about the last 3 nights. I have wedding dreams and wake up in the middle of the night thinking of things I have to do. On top of that, when Im nervous or stress something out, my stomach gets all in knots. Im the type of girl that will sleep til the very last possible minute before I have to get up and now Im waking up like half an hour before I have to with the stomach knots and the thinking about the wedding.

Its driving me crazy and I hope I dont go through this for the next two weeks cuz Im going to have some seriously bags under my eyes.

Anyone know of any good sleep aids?

i have trouble falling asleep but once im asleep im good..but i dont fall asleep until like 1230

You are getting married soon so I can understand. The last two weeks since my invites have gone out it hit me that it is right around the corncer. I am not sure what can help but didnt they say warm milk helps? I hope you get sleep soon!!!

I have had this for months but it is work causing it not the wedding. I just lay there exhausted thinking about all the work I have to do and then I can't sleep but I am too tired to stay up and do it. Then I start to think of all the stuff I haven't done for the wedding because of work and then I NEVER get a good night sleep and am exhausted all day

I am so tired around bed time then I lay there and think about all the work I have at work. My new boss is stressing me out to no end. I hate it!

I feel your pain. And they told me today they want me to travel the week before my wedding to a meeting -- I said no and they said we will see
