Anyone losing the ability to have a full nights sleep?

I guess because the wedding is the last thing I think about before I fall asleep, I've had trouble sleeping for about the last 3 nights. I have wedding dreams and wake up in the middle of the night thinking of things I have to do. On top of that, when Im nervous or stress something out, my stomach gets all in knots. Im the type of girl that will sleep til the very last possible minute before I have to get up and now Im waking up like half an hour before I have to with the stomach knots and the thinking about the wedding.

Its driving me crazy and I hope I dont go through this for the next two weeks cuz Im going to have some seriously bags under my eyes.

Anyone know of any good sleep aids?

Tylenol PM or THereFlu actually knocks me right out!!

Good luck!!! Try to clear your mind before you get into bed. Right a list of everything that's on your mind..getting it down on paper will get it out of your head.. I swear by this!! Try it!!!!!

Good luck!!

omg I was going to post about this -for the past week or so I havent been able to sleep - my body is so tired but subconsiously my mind just keeps running and wont be turned off i am aware and try to stop it but I can't fh has not been able to either... i would suggest tylenol pm if you dont mind taking meds- personally that makes me even more groggy- try to clear your head and go to bed extra early (if you can) - i thought my mind was clear but apparently it isn't

i was like this too around 2 weeks, it was so annoying. I couldn't sleep, i had knots in my stomach. Just like you i would wake up and i didnt even have to. I still have some nights where i am up late usually when fh doesnt sleep over bc ill stay up to do things or look at things or just thinking lol.

My advice lol and i was thinking about this last night lol. I know others feel differently and want to do the opposite but try and get some more now with all the stress, knots in your stomach, anxiety, running around and emotions it helps to get all that tension out lol afternoon, nighttime whenever lol

Re: Anyone losing the ability to have a full nights sleep?

The week before and of my wedding I did this! All I did was lay in bed thinking of things and then I'd think of something I knew I'd for get and have to get up to write it down. LOL. But about2-3 days before the wedding I had to give my ahll everything and I was sort of able to relax. And I actually slept well the night before!

I am so tired around bed time then I lay there and think about all the work I have at work. My new boss is stressing me out to no end. I hate it!

i rarely have trouble falling asleep, but last night i went to bed at 3:30am and woke up at 7am (alarm was set for 9)

all stemming from wedding drama of course

Re: Anyone losing the ability to have a full nights sleep?

I cannot try to fall asleep in bed, because my mind goes crazy with wedding stuff and I can't sleep. So I watch tv on the couch until I fall asleep there, and every morning around 2am FH carries me to bed.
