I'm not thrilled w/ the ones I've seen & also think this would be something fairly easy to make on my own.

i wish i made my own ... i ended up remaking the one i got from ebay...the girl refunded my money.
all you do is get pillars and vellum, print what you want and wrap it in ribbon.... very easy (i just couldn't find the right pillars!)

YEP and I modified some directions that I got from someone else, FM me if you want them (they are at home). Mine is using a copy of the invitation.

I made one for my friend's wedding...don't have a pic handy... but her color was light blue...so I got some thin satin ribbon that matched and did a spiral around the whole thing w/some wider white satin ribbon, securing it along the way with white pearl tipped straight pins...came out really nice - inexpensive too! (better than the $75 one my other friend bought for her wedding the year before at a local boutique - silly!)
