Im down to 19 days. Not sure if i should makea book for maitre D with pictures on how i want everything setup exactly. What do you think. Did anybody do one?

No, Im not doing that, you should really do that at your final appointment with the caterer, he or she will go over all details about it with you down to the last thing...

I didn't even think about that, it seems like a pretty good idea. If they have pics it would be pretty hard for them to forgot or mess anything up.

I don't know about a book, but I will be printing out a page with pics and instructions on the setup for the tables etc (because I'm using runners etc).
