Anyone making their own seating cards?

Original post by Suz

Land's End gave us seating cards to use but they aren't as nice as I would like. So I'm thinking of making my own.

I got a few ideas from MS weddings but was wondering if anyone has done it. I'm looking for something nice, but not too time consuming.

I only have one weekend left!

Thanks!

Yabbobay- They are adorable. And a nice touch.

Shelzyp - thanks for the instructions. I got them on email too. Now I just have to figure out if I have enough skill to do it or even to pull off the one's Yabbobay had!

How's your dad doing?

I'd printed on clear labels all the guest names and their table numbers. We decided to save money and use our reception venue's seating cards.

Suz--

My sister in-law wrote them out in calligraphy. They were very pretty.

I got married at Glen Island Harbour Club and I hated their seating cards so I had no other choice. Good luck!

If you need the picture of the seats, I can maybe fax it to you, I can't figure out how to use my dad's scanner.

My dad is doing good, his neck is just really swollen, but they say it was from removing the drain. He is doing good, just seems a bit out of it, and he says he is not on pain medicine.

Thanks for asking though!!!!
