I'm getting ready to sign my contract. But I'm concerned about the sales coordinator.
I'm nervous because he just says 'no' to things. Like I asked if I could get a copy of the contract to show my wedding planners and his response was that they 'don't do that'. He makes me feel like he's doing me a favor instead of me getting ready to spend $30K there! I realize that you can't get everything you want all the time at these places, but if I have to work with him the whole time, I'm giong to go crazy!! It's turning me off to the INN. Any advice?

He shouldn't be telling you no to sometihng like that. If he doesn't want to give you a copy of your contract that, i would think, should send up a red flag. If you don't feel comfortable with him but really love the place i would ask a manager if you could work with another sales person and explain the situation.

Of course, every hall should/has to give you a copy of the contract.

I just would like my planners input before I sign anything. It is such a big investment!

Maybe he misunderstood you and thought you asked him to send it to your planner. I would call back and ask that he fax or send you the contract. You don't need to tell him why or what you plan to do with the contract - it's yours!

What she is trying to say is that she has not signed the contract yet so technically he does not have to give her a copy. You can see a copy of the contract before you sign it but you may not have a physical copy of it until you go into contact.
To be honest there contract is very simple. They put all the rates and everything that is included on it. They will put the time your wedding will start etc.
I am actually working with Linda and she is very sweet and professional. I asked the same thing befor signing and she told me the same info.

If you haven't signed a contract, they will not give you a copy of what was discussed at the initial appt. When you leave a deposit that's when they give a contract. You can tell your weddinig planner of the price you were quoted.
