anyone missing their mom ?

My mom passed away in Sep 2004, and I have a hard time dealing with Mother's Day. I don't have children and most likely won't have any, so I just feel empty.

I really miss her.

Im so so sorry But she is watching over you and she is at peace, your day will be Beautiful and she will always be with you....Mothers Day will be hard, but instead of being upset, try to celebrate her life that day and maybe keep a specific tradition of hers going, where as you do it every Mothers Day ........'Smile Sweetie'
I know its hard, I lost my Dad a few years back and my sister, so I know what it feels like.

I go through the same thing every father's day. My dad passed away 20 years ago last week and I have a wonderful stepfather, but I'll always miss him.
I'm sure your mom is looking down on you, so proud and happy for your upcoming wedding!

I am so sorry. I know how you feel. My mom has been in Icu for about three weeks now and basically they said that there is nothing they can do for her and that she will pass anyday now. It is killing me that she will not even be concious for mother's day. I would give anything if I could just talk to her again.

I feel for you. It is the most difficult thing in the world to watch someone you love die. Just pray that she is not in any pain and not suffering. My mom died in my arms, and although I cry about it, I feel so lucky that I was there when she took her last breath. Her suffering was finally over.

I hear you..... my father (and his identical twin, my uncle) both passed away years ago. They were born on 5/9. Every 5/9 my cousin calls me and we comfort each other that day

you're not alone. There are a lot of people missing someone dear to them....
