So FH and I have been talking about moving to PA since before we were engaged and I think we are going to follow through on it; we didn't earlier because FH is stubborn and not too fond of change. I'm curious if anyone else is moving after the wedding...either to just a new house/apartment or out of town/state.
Looking near the Hershey area...it's not too far from Harrisburg and there are some nice towns there...FH has friends and family in the state
I know it is...but I think more so for FH...my family is going to relocate off the island soon and I'm from upstate NY so the less busy and congested environment doesn't affect me so much...only the people I would leave behind
We are moving, where we don't know yet. We hope it will be to the house we buy, but if not an apartment untill we can save enough for a house. Sometimes I want to move out of state and just start fresh, but I don't think we will be ready for that for another few years. Plus, I love NY and it would be very hard to leave.
If it was up to me, my a$$ would be out of NY. I cant afford to live here. But FH makes money here (he thinks he cant anywhere else but NY lol) and we both have pretty big families so we'll be here for a while. We are in an apartment now, but hopefully before the wedding next year we'll in a 2 bedroom apt or even looking for a condo (if enough is saved of course)..but it will still be in nassau county, possibly even Queens
Well FH got a promotion and after our wedding we will be moving out to PA till July, thats why we had to move up our wedding date, and then after that we are moving to NC! I really can't wait to move there though!

FH's grandparents live in Poconos right on Jack Frost Mountain...i just recently learned to ski there so I'm excited about the prosect of living near there

yeah its nice there, i like going on the weekends sometimes...You have to try sycamore grill there, the food is sooo good and great prices too.

We did things backwards, bought the house first and now getting married! So no relocating for us.
We were thinking of moving to PA in the Poconos. It's very beautiful and I do like the seclusion but its a little too secluded for me. When I got back I appreciated being able to hear my next door neighbor dial his phone at 8:00 in the morning. Being in the woods with bears!!! That's too scary for me.
