I always like getting a program when I go to a wedding - I've seen simple to elaborate designs and they always add a nice touch to the ceremony.
I'm making mine on the computer. I ordered the paper on-line and found a program template....so easy and inexpensive!
It honestly doesn't matter to me what happens to the programs after the ceremony.
I'm just happy to have them for my guests during the ceremony!

I decided not to do them after many people posted that they don't do them and they werent missed. So to save a few bucks why not, I don't think it will take away from the wedding.

I am not. although we are giving the guests hand fans. we are getting married at our hall and figured fans would be more ideal being that people would probably using their programs as fans..... That is hopefully with weather permitting.

I dont think that we are going to do them either... I have gone to some weddings where people have not even taken them at the beginning of the ceremony and the only people that seem to end up keeping them are immediate family... most end up getting thrown out or left on the seats in the church. JMO

We're not doing them either because we figured it was 1 thing we could save on.. Plus we figured we all know who we are and what ourt roles are for the big day, so we didn't want to do all that extra work just to see it in print.

Yeah, we aren't doing them either..thought about it, but decided against it. I have actually only been to one wedding that has ever had them, I just figure it's not worth it.

well guys I am completely torn here. On one hand I want to do them so people have them to keep and on the other hand I am thinking that people won't remember about not having programs once they get into the reception. I guess I could have a master ceremony for the minister and a keepsake for our records or.... do them for the guests. Okay let's say I decided to do them, anyone know where to get all the materials inexpensively?????? Thanks girls for all your comments.
