My FI and I are flip/flopping on whether or not to have a FG and RB. They are cute and all but I feel awkard about asking parents to shell out money for the outfits.
What's everyone else doing?

We are not having them. The only young person in my life is my niece, who won't be quite 2 yet. I figured that she is too young and it is imtimidating to walk down the aisle, especially when you are the only kid there.

There are so many kids in my family that I don't think we could pick just a couple--plus they are not the most cooperative....lol I might though change my mind and have my cousin's little boy because I am really close with him and he's too cute and he's good!

We are having neither. Not only are there no related children young enough for the job, but we do not want any children at the wedding at all if they still need a babysitter!!

We are not having a ring bearer. But we are having a flower girl. My friends mom is making her dress. We got the fabric at JoAnne's. Check out their sales because we got the fabric half off.

I am not having any. There are too many kids in my family that could fill either role. I don't want to hurt anyones feelings, so we are going to do without FG and RB.

Wow...thanks for all the replies!
I looked around and FG dresses made by the same designer as the BM dresses are around 100.00. Is that too much or about standard price for a FG outfit?

We have such a large BP already, so we oped not to have a FG or RB. He has a lot of nieces and nephews so it would be hard to decide and who to pick. No hurt feelings by going with none.
