I'm just curious as to what other options are out there....especially lesser expensive ones.
Thanks!!!

Re: Anyone NOT having a Rehearsal Dinner?
no rehersal dinner here, truthfully it was turning into a mini wedding reception. we cant afford it and we would never ask either of our parents to pay for it (they all have done way too much already). so right after the rehersal anyone who wants can come to my parents house for coffee and cake. but thats it. everyone in my bp and family totally agrees with our decision. :)

Re: Anyone NOT having a Rehearsal Dinner?
we didnt do it and were so happy that we didnt. Thom hung out with the guys the night before (he did the gifts then) after we did dinner with our fams and i had a 'slumber party' with cheesy movies and stuff with my best friend
it turned out to be a good option this way and since we were rehearsing right before the ceremony anyway it made sense.
i had a bridesmaid brunch the morning of though where i did gifts
we did each of the parent gifts seperately and we did my younger bros when we did my dad and step mom
