I kind of feel like im the only one...we just wanted to cut back on lots of the extra little stuff that adds up and that is one of them...My RH has their own table #'s and we're not naming them any special names, so it should be fine right??

I'm not sure what I am doing yet. But, if you don't your wedding will still be great. It's really not necessary. I think we all think we have to do everything. The reception hall probably provides ones that are perfectly fine.

you will be fine. i bought these plain ivory cards from target, and had paint left from my diy's so I was planning on going to get a number stencil and making them. however, i don't think i am going to have time with the wedding so close. i can't find a good number stencil anywhere with big enough numbers. if i can't i am just going to use the one's from the rh and that should be fine. maybe you could do something inexpensive with some blank cards, acrylic paint, and the number stencil too?

The RH table numbers will be just as good! I think for me especially, after all of the big stuff was booked, i still felt like I should be in wedding mode so I found little things to do (like table numbers).
But if you really did want them, it doesn't have to be expensive - maybe $10. You can use card stock from Michael's or A.C. Moore and design them in Word or Powerpoint in the colors of your wedding.

That will be totally fine. I am only making mine if FHs Mom finds pics of FH from ages 1-20.. LOL. My Mom already has mine... I want the baby picutres or none...HAHA

I'm not making my own numbers either. Don't worry. It's cute to make them, but nobody will really notice that you're using your RHs. It's just one thing I don't need to add to my list of things to do.

I am not doing them. I am perfectly fine using the ones the RH provides. I can honestly state that in all my years of going to weddings, I have never even noticed table numbers at all. I pick up my escort card, find my spot and that's it.

i dont think there is nething wrong with the RH numbers.. im not positive but im thinking we might use the RH ones its just one of those things that u work so hard on and most ppl dont even notice... so if ur like me and ur on a budget then i dont think neone will think twice about using the RH ones! HTH

The hall is doing it for us. Honestly, it's really not a big deal to make your own table numbers. It's cute, but what will you do with them afterwards? It's just numbers!

I'm not doing them either. I think it is too confusing. I want to know that table 3 is next to 4 I have no idea that Aruba is next Jamaica, etc.
No one remembers these things....focus on the food and the music, thats what people remember.

I think we are just going to use the one the RH provides. We have booked expensive vendors and have put money towards other things- I really dont think our table numbers are going to be a big deal. We are trying to save a little here and there... you know where we can. So dont worry... you are not alone

ITA. I only look for the number to know where I'm sitting - so basically I look at it for a split second!

you def dont have to do them... i have a bit of free time on my hands... want to 'personalize' my wedding... so i decided to do them... they actually arent all that difficult to make... not like attempting to design an invitation...
and about no one noticing it .... my cousin just did the table numbers for her wedding using baby pics... tons of people noticed it and were picking them up off the table to look at them...

I'm still up in the air about what I'm going to do about our table numbers, I kind of want to name our tables, mom and dad think it's kind of silly, and they think we should just use the RH's numbers, I feel like we're doing everything else so detailed those would make it look half@$$ed, and I don't want that, so we'll see, but you're definitely not the only one.
