I kind of feel like im the only one...we just wanted to cut back on lots of the extra little stuff that adds up and that is one of them...My RH has their own table #'s and we're not naming them any special names, so it should be fine right??
I keep going back and forth with this too. I think it's nice to do but not necessary at all. I already spent so much $$, but it's not even about $$ it's more about the time. I guess if you have the $$ and Time, it would be a nice added touch. If not, no one will say...ohhh look she didn't have personal table numbers. I think most ppl don't notice or care. Only recent brides, brides to be or ppl who are into the details will notice.
I didn't make mine. I bought mine from Invitations by Dawn. They were really cheap. And my RH provides frames for table numbers so it worked out well.
I will only make my own if I think I have time as it gets closer. I don't want to stress myself out with things that are already taken care of by the rh. It is totally cute when people do something original but I just don't think I have the time or extra money.
Their is nothing wrong with the table numbers that your RH supplies. If it will save money then do it.

It is definitely fine not to make table #s. I always thought it was a nice detail but its also something that guests would not miss, or even notice if you didn't make them. I originally planned on using the RH's regular #s but I won a package for custom table #s and place cards at TWOTY last year so I am only doing it b/c its free.
I am using the table #'s that my RH provides. I am not a DIY kinda person!
I am not making my own table numbers- We are going to use what the RH provides...I am doing the same for place cards, menus and direction cards...we are paying for most of the wedding our selves and the extras just are not in the budget.
